Jeffrey I. Binder, Founder/Chairman/Chief Executive Officer.

Juris Doctrate, National Law Center, George Washington University. Graduated Order of the Coif, 1971.  Practiced Law at Sonnenschein et al., Chicago, IL (1971-1976). In 1977 he opened a retail chain of furniture stores (Drexel Heritage), located in Florida, Washington, Maryland and Virginia, which he sold in 1982 to Warring & Gillow, a UK public Company started in 1645.  President Warring & Gillow US. (1982-1986) President, GGL Industries (1986-1992), a private holding company that owned Sterling Yacht, and various other companies as well as extensive real estate holdings.  In 1992 he formed JeMJ Financial Services, a private holding company.  As Chairman of JeMJ put together a private group of investors that purchased Commodore Cruise Lines in 1995, from EfJohn, a publicly traded company in Finland.   Served as Chairman of Commodore Cruise Lines until 2001. In 1996 he founded HP America an HMO that was licensed to do business in Florida and New Jersey.  He served as Chairman until HP America was sold in 1999. In 2003 Mr. Binder founded Infinity 8, Inc., a software development company where he serves as Chairman. In 2008 Mr. Binder founded Power 3 Network, Inc., a company that develops websites and back offices for home based businesses. Power 3 Network, Inc.  owns and operates a multi-level marketing company, Magic Power.  As Chairman of JeMJ Mr. Binder has invested in and mentored several start up and mid-stage companies. Currently as Chairman of JeMJ he manages its investment portfolio.

Mr. Binder is active in many charities, both on a national and regional level.
